Service Delivery Policy

M&A GOODS LLC (doing business as "M&A GOODS") provides online hosting services only: game servers, virtual private servers (VPS) and dedicated servers. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping costs, shipping addresses or courier deliveries apply to any order. This policy explains how and when your service is delivered after you order it.

How services are delivered

All services are delivered online. When your service is ready, you receive an email with its access details, and the service appears in your Client Area at https://magoods.org/clientarea/, where you can manage it.

Delivery times

• Game servers and VPS: usually set up automatically within a few minutes after your payment is confirmed.
• Dedicated servers: set up manually by our team, because physical hardware has to be prepared and configured. Delivery time depends on the hardware you selected and its availability. Until your server is ready, it is shown as "Pending Configuration" in your Client Area, and we will contact you if there is any delay.

Order review

Some orders may be held for a short manual review before setup, for example as part of our security and fraud checks. If we need more information from you, such as identity verification, we will contact you by email or support ticket, and delivery starts once the review is complete.

Delivery problems

If you have not received your service or its access details within the expected time, please check your spam folder and your Client Area first, then open a support ticket and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
